Step 1 - Language, Personality and Skillsops
The first step of the screening process is a comprehensive English language and communication interview evaluation. We assess personality traits, looking for candidates who are passionate and fully engaged in their work. We also assess their experience, expertise, connections and skills (including newly-acquired ones) to understand where there would be synergies.Step 2 - Milestones and KPI scoping
We scope out the first task and major KPI / Milestone that the applicant will have to commit too. All parties in the hiring process, including client, candidate and us, are 100% clear what is the most important medium-term (9-12 months) milestone that the candidate must fulfil. This process defines the critical path to get to the KPI, including breaking down of milestones into smaller phases, so that candidate and client have a good sense of how the major KPI would be achieved.Step 3 - Free trial
